This policy explains what personal data SummitVanta collects, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

We only collect the data you choose to give us:

  • Contact details you submit through the contact form — your name and email address.
  • Optional information you add, such as your company, project type, budget range and the details of your message.
  • Standard technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and basic logs), handled by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and running.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project — based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep the website secure and functioning — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our project plus any period required by law (for example, accounting records). After that we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the studio, such as:

  • Our website hosting provider [e.g. Vercel].
  • Our email provider, used to receive and reply to your message [e.g. your email host].
